Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert medical support to all aspects of our business, enhancing the customer experience and driving strategic planning to meet patients' needs. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including global development, regulatory affairs, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement annual medical plans that reflect patient journeys and unmet need analysis.
- Lead scientific data dissemination and oversee the development of scientific content for educational programs.
- Support training of sales representatives and other medical representatives.
- Medical Doctor with board eligibility or certification in an appropriate specialty/subspecialty or completion of comparable post-medical school clinical training.
- Knowledge of drug development process relevant to the region preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to balance scientific priorities with business priorities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage in domestic and international travel to support the business.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written communication.
Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
