Job Summary

We are currently expanding our team and looking to add a motivated Sales Executive with a passion for the transport and logistics industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing, and maintaining new customer relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Presenting and promoting Charger Logistics' products and services to potential clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper execution of sales orders and smooth customer onboarding
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of proven track record in sales and account management in the transport and logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
