Job Summary:
At AT&T Mexico, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team of Customer Advocates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Advocates to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with various departments to resolve billing, message, and trouble resolutions that impact customer service.
- Serve as a customer advocate, interacting with customers to resolve issues and provide support in a single interaction.
- Stay up-to-date on new and changing tools and technology used by AT&T Mexico.
- Provide support to customers on matters related to products, services, billing, orders, complaints, and other customer requests.
- Recommend and sell AT&T Mexico products and services to meet customer needs.
- Oversee special credit arrangements and problem collection accounts.
- Lead the analysis of accounts receivable and collection procedures.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Supervisory experience over cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
