Role Summary: The Consumer Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in our senior management team, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and driving service excellence. This position involves close collaboration with various internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for Data Operations clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal consumers, identifying and fulfilling their service requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss service performance and manage escalations.
- Collaborate with Instrument & Pricing teams to enhance service offerings and rectify any service deficiencies.
- Engage with Global Change and IT teams to align strategic initiatives with client needs.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing communications, including presentations and updates.
- Monitor service level performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance forums.
- Oversee service agreements and conduct annual reviews to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client service role within the financial services sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management and diverse teams.
- Experience in reference data management and a solid understanding of data quality principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
