Labor Relations Manager

Job Summary: Lead and supervise a team to ensure effective labor relations and employee engagement within Citigroup Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes.
- Coordinate employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices.
- Represent the organization in contract negotiations with labor unions.
- Liaise with managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence.
- Ensure all employer-employee relationships in the organization comply with collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organization's employment policies and standards.
- Analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues, as well as standards, regulations, and laws to understand their impact on the organization.
- Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in labor relations, human resources, or a related field.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
