Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database or CRM system
  • Stay informed about company products or services to provide accurate information to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $10,000 - $15,000 per month, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including food vouchers and punctuality bonuses.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. Our office is located in Tijuana, Mexico.
