About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Advisor to join our team in Americas. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a critical role in establishing a sustainable and efficient payroll process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the LEGO Group with consistent, timely, and reliable payroll processes.
  • Ensure efficient payroll maintenance, validation, and compliance setup.
  • Develop and implement business rules and processes to increase controls and ensure quality in payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team and Payroll Vendor to ensure proper system functions.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of all phases and testing of payroll projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or administration.
  • +5 years of relevant working experience in payroll, labor relations, or HR.
  • Experience with ADP, Workday, or KRONOS.
  • Strong experience in US payroll.
  • Advance Excel skills.
