Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor II to join our team. As an HR Advisor II, you will play a critical role in supervising and monitoring HR processes, including communication, recruitment, labor relations, training, and payroll maintenance. You will provide customer service solutions and contribute to the organizational achievement of objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including applicable training and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor compliance with development plans and ensure timely payroll payments.
  • Review and update area procedures to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
  • Communicate and disseminate internal campaigns and generate content for internal communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in LFT, SUA, IDSE, Payroll, and Office.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in innovation or process implementation.
  • Service attitude, communication, teamwork, leadership, and other relevant skills.
