**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience during their stay.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and form of payment, and assigning rooms.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
- Secure payment prior to issuing room key and verify/adjust billing.
- Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists.
- Complete cashier and closing reports.
- Supply guests with directions and property information.
- Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary.
- Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.
- Balance and drop receipts.
- Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift.
- Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
