We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Lead to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle Cloud platform, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oracle Cloud Platform Management: Provide timely guidance and solutions for all issues within Oracle ERP Cloud functional areas, including Receivables, Customers, Billing & Payments, Collections, Fixed Assets, and PPM (Project Costing).
- Vendor Partnership: Work with existing vendor partners and the Iron Mountain IT team to ensure that issues are timely addressed and resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- SOX Compliance: Support Iron Mountain's ongoing monthly and quarterly SOX requirements to ensure that the Oracle ERP Cloud platform remains compliant.
- Regression Testing: Plan and perform regression testing for the quarterly patching of our SaaS applications.
- Service Operations: Drive Production Service Operations, improve support standards, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Business Support: Support business users during month-end period close, across geographies (US, LATAM, APAC).
- Project Delivery: Liaise with Oracle project delivery/engineering teams and other service delivery teams to ensure efficient project delivery, deployment of enhancements, and coordinated integration of IRM applications to others across the enterprise.
- Best Practices: Adopt and embed best practices into all support projects through alignment to the Change Framework/ITIL standard practices with tools like Service Now and Gitlab.
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience within Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud functional setups and configurations of all major Finance & supply chain modules, with specific emphasis on Receivables, Customers, Billing & Payments, Collections, Fixed Assets, and PPM (Project Costing).
- Leadership Skills: Team leading capability and ability to identify, manage, and communicate issues and risks.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience and attitude.
- Technical Skills: Oracle BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) / OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) report-building skills, SQL, BI Publisher, Workflows, and desired in-depth knowledge of automation, SRE, and technologies.
