Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Integration Manager to lead our integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and solution management, with experience in integrating third-party systems through various integration patterns.

About the Role

This is a technical leadership position that requires the ability to manage and communicate with development teams to design and implement solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client executive discussions on scope, approach, design, and implementation considerations.

Responsibilities
  • Drive project intake for the team, managing sales funnels and resource planning for current and future assignments.
  • Provide input to the talent development team to support the growth and development of their team.
  • Mentor and develop team members, identifying training requirements for both soft skills and technical skills.
  • Facilitate functional and technical cross-training for team members.
  • Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
Requirements
  • Business Analyst/Solution Management background.
  • Demonstrated understanding of integrations with third-party systems through various integration patterns and NetSuite capabilities.
  • Experience with IPaaS platforms, API integrations, and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client executive discussions.
