**About the Role**

As an Inside Presales Technical Consultant Manager at Hewlett Packard, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical consultants who provide strategic and technical guidance to sales teams across the globe. Your mission is to drive the success of your team by fostering a collaborative and diverse work environment, where team members can thrive and deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide expert guidance to sales teams.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

• Manage and support the development of your team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and partners.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and market developments to ensure your team is equipped with the latest knowledge and expertise.

• Provide guidance on process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure that your team is aware of and adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards.

**Requirements**

• Deep experience in printing technologies, printing solutions, hardware, operating systems, software, and networking technologies.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
