About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Interface Support Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and our remote development team, ensuring that customer and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Clarify technical contracts and ensure that engineering solutions satisfy customer and final user concerns.
  • Organize technical meetings and reviews with the remote development team, ensuring that project QCD commitments are met.
  • Report on the feasibility of engineering solutions within given constraints and project QCD decisions.
  • Participate in technical risks and opportunities management, representing the customer's voice.
Requirements
  • DEGREE OR PASSION IN Electrical or Electro mechanical Engineering
  • Experience or understanding of Technical requirements management
  • Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environments
  • Customer orientation, building strong and trust relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
