Technical Customer Interface Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Interface Support Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and our remote development team, ensuring that customer and regulatory requirements are met.
- Clarify technical contracts and ensure that engineering solutions satisfy customer and final user concerns.
- Organize technical meetings and reviews with the remote development team, ensuring that project QCD commitments are met.
- Report on the feasibility of engineering solutions within given constraints and project QCD decisions.
- Participate in technical risks and opportunities management, representing the customer's voice.
- DEGREE OR PASSION IN Electrical or Electro mechanical Engineering
- Experience or understanding of Technical requirements management
- Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environments
- Customer orientation, building strong and trust relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
