We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Expert Support Technician to join our team at Epam Systems.
About the Role:
This position involves working as part of a dynamic team responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. As an Expert Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues through thorough analysis and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
