Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Learning Manager to join our team at Msd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supplier teams responsible for the delivery of business-as-usual Learning Production services globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of supplier teams and resolution of escalated service issues
  • Coaching and alignment of supplier teams to ensure adherence to agreed service levels
  • Fiduciary tracking and monitoring of budget disbursed on outsourced resources
  • Regular reporting of progress against plan
Escalation and Improvement

The Regional Learning Manager will be the first point of contact for issues and escalations, and will be responsible for resolving all issues and evaluating procedures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Supplier Management

The successful candidate will focus on the general coaching and improvement of service of all supplier teams, and will assist in the management of Learning Production teams, defining strategies and requirements, and guiding teams through the implementation of learning delivery.

Budget Tracking and Reporting

The Regional Learning Manager will provide support to the Delivery Assurance Lead in all budgeting activities in relation to the vendor, including budget planning, budget projections, reporting, and inputting contracts.

Business Driver

The successful candidate will participate actively in any change or improvement discussions, contributing their experience of internal and external challenges in their field, and will have a clear understanding of the fundamental business drivers of the company.

Requirements
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of the learning delivery model
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong ability to acquire and process knowledge aligned to the learning portfolio
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Strong orientation toward innovation and creativity
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building and maintaining
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up, strong analytical skills, and developed business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and collaborate/partner with others from across the business
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience
  • Three to five years' experience with resource management, cost control, and demonstrated business success through productivity improvements
Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
