Job Overview

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Aguascalientes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of technology-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
