About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Channel Strategy Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for designing, aligning, and implementing our channel strategy to drive new user growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Optimize Channel Strategies: Create methodologies to optimize the allocation of our communication resources, with a sales activation perspective.
- Increase Traffic and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic from recurrent and new users through various channels.
- Align Business Areas and Functions: Work effectively across business areas and functions to align the organization to the strategy defined, coordinate efforts, and push simultaneous projects.
- Evaluate Productivity and Performance: Proactively evaluate the productivity and overall performance of communication resources, adjust the strategy based on learnings, and evaluate the economic and strategic costs-benefit of various channel strategies.
- Build Insights and Growth Opportunities: Develop insights that translate into growth opportunities and business results.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Coach and guide more junior team members to pursue bigger challenges and develop their skills.
- Identify Process Improvements: Proactively identify processes and methodologies that need to be redesigned and spot new business opportunities within a changing environment.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Project Management Skills: Have project management skills and experience.
- Effective Communication: Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and Self-Learner: Be proactive, a self-learner, and have a solid sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.
- Data Analysis Tools: Have experience with data analysis tools, such as MS Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in High-Performance Environments: Have at least 5 years of experience in high-performance environments, such as consulting, tech, or related fields, with a strategy and operations focus, and at least 2 years of experience in CRM or related fields.
