Multi-Account Sales Executive

We are seeking talented Multi-Account Sales Executives to enhance our Sales & Marketing division across various regions. This role is pivotal in driving the sales performance of numerous retail outlets within your designated area.

This position offers a unique chance to leverage your retail sales expertise. Your primary focus will be on fieldwork, where you will visit stores to support, train, and inspire their teams. Your ability to connect with people and your sales acumen will significantly influence overall performance.

Your role in driving success

As a Multi-Account Sales Executive, you will oversee a network of retail locations that provide our insurance products alongside various consumer goods. Regular visits to each store will be essential to engage staff and elevate their performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and planning store visits, training sessions, and sales workshops.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance across different retail locations, establishing sales goals, and facilitating constructive feedback discussions with management.
  • Delivering product knowledge and sales technique training on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively promote additional products.
  • Guaranteeing that stores are adequately supplied with essential sales materials.
  • Allocating a portion of your time to administrative duties, including sales reporting and operational meetings.

Qualifications for success

The ideal candidate will possess relevant sales experience in a comparable role or have a background as a supervisor or manager in a retail environment. Familiarity with consumer electronics sales is advantageous but not mandatory if you have a keen interest in these products. We are also looking for:

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in providing sales training and constructive feedback.
  • A results-driven mindset.
