About the Role

Hygiena LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving accelerated business growth in the food safety and diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual business growth plan in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager, focusing on new product launches, pricing management, and organic growth in accounts.
  • Monitor market segments and competitive offerings, adjusting tactics and go-to-market strategies to accelerate sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team, R&D team, and Distributor Partners to overcome customer obstacles and maintain/gain new business.
  • Optimize sales resources to accelerate profitable sales, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while managing a territory operating budget.
  • Utilize and update the CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage the assigned territory, keeping the top 100 accounts current monthly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Safety, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, including sales experience and/or knowledge of the food & beverage processing market, or sales experience in sales and/or marketing in the healthcare market.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds.
Working Conditions
  • Days consist of driving and/or flying to see customers in the territory.
  • Minimum of 50% overnight travel.
  • May occasionally work evenings and/or weekends.
