Compucom Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of end-to-end IT managed services. We seek a highly skilled Senior Technical ServiceNow Consultant to join our team of experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:

  1. At least 7 years of experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements in a Service Provider environment.
  2. Proven expertise in utilizing and creating REST APIs within ServiceNow to connect to external tools.
  3. Intermediate to expert level experience in JavaScript.
  4. Well-versed in creating, configuring, and maintaining data sources, LDAP, and transform maps.
  5. Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator/ServiceNow Developer (current and verifiable).
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  7. Self-motivation with ability to work in a remote environment on either CST or EST time zones.
  8. Positive, collaborative working style with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client service.

Flow designer experience.

Certifications: ServiceNow Application Developer (current) or ITSM Implementation Specialist.
