Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and managing customized customer experiences and briefings to be presented in our customer welcome center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized customer experiences that meet the needs of our strategic accounts and large revenue deals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and organize appropriate presentations and discussion leaders for complex/strategic briefings.
  • Manage briefings that focus on strategic accounts, large revenue deals, and major relationship opportunities.
  • Provide active management throughout briefing to provide notes and action items for follow-up after the briefing.
  • Conduct post-briefing analysis of insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and establish policies in the customer welcome center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on customer experience and strategic briefings.
  • Industry, sales, channel, and/or project management experience a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing fundamentals, products/services/solution lifecycle, and knowledge management.
  • Working knowledge of industry and customer segment.
  • Familiarity with and/or experience in partner management.
  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage virtual teams.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive consensus.
  • Business fluent in English.
