Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with entertainment industry professionals, including talent, publicists, managers, and agents.
  • Execute and oversee talent travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car reservations.
  • Create comprehensive talent itineraries that include air, hotel, and car arrangements.
  • Coordinate talent outreach for specialty events, such as press junkets, premieres, publicity tours, and award shows.
  • Assist with key events, including red carpets, award shows, film festivals, and up-fronts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of related work experience in a similar role, with a strong background working with talent.
  • A positive personality that appreciates challenges, is a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to interface with all levels of executives and celebrity talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish, preferred.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Knowledge of the television, streaming, and film industry.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Strong Hispanic/LatinX entertainment industry contacts and relations.
