The Sales Engineer for Reliability Solutions will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our industrial process control and asset management portfolio. This role will require a strong understanding of our products and technologies, as well as excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth for our reliability solutions portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the industrial or technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Knowledge of reliability solutions and technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific experience in the areas of Industrial Process Control and/or Asset Management programs & technologies is highly preferred.
