We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Kohler Co. in Monterrey, N.L. This role will be responsible for upholding the standards and values of our organization by facilitating confidential and timely investigations, working with associates and leadership to understand and resolve workplace concerns, and leveraging data to identify and address workforce trends.
Key Responsibilities- Support Mexico plants with employee relations investigations, prioritizing high-risk and leadership-related claims.
- Lead Compliance Audits in Mexico sites to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs for leaders and HR staff on compliance and labor laws.
- Review compensation, wages, and benefits packages to ensure fairness and equity.
- Partner with Kohler Ethics' team to investigate ethics complaints and Code of Conduct violations.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to HR Director LATAM and Sr. Director-HR, KBNA on employee relations trends and themes.
- Collaborate with plant HR and legal teams on contract negotiations and grievances.
- Counsel employees on concerns related to applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
