Senior Sales and Account Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Account Development leader to join our team at Amazon Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives and account managers
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to help sellers succeed on Amazon's marketplace
- Work closely with internal teams to remove seller friction and achieve growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of sales experience in sales, business development, vendor management, or account management
- Proven track record of presenting to and negotiating with executives
- Team management experience, including hiring and developing sales teams
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros
- Master's degree
- Experience selling nascent products or services into new markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Work experience in the e-commerce, online advertising, retail technology, or IT industries
