Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Account Development leader to join our team at Amazon Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives and account managers
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to help sellers succeed on Amazon's marketplace
  • Work closely with internal teams to remove seller friction and achieve growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of sales experience in sales, business development, vendor management, or account management
  • Proven track record of presenting to and negotiating with executives
  • Team management experience, including hiring and developing sales teams
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Experience selling nascent products or services into new markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Work experience in the e-commerce, online advertising, retail technology, or IT industries
