Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our LATAM region sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation
  • Budget: The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per month, depending on experience
  • Travel to events and conferences as required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written, is essential

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial sector or B2B events
  • Experience in exhibition industry is a must
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Deep knowledge of the financial sector and foreign exchange is highly desirable
