Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Sales Scheduling and Demand Planning team at HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process complex customer orders through the entire process chain, monitoring Kanban control loops and consignment movements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders by setting priorities for production planning in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Raise awareness of customer call-off fluctuations and demand changes affecting production.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery dates, supply situation, constraints, and changes.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory level differences in collaboration with responsible personnel.
  • Manage IT-based master data for the area of responsibility.
  • Monitor customer portals for new logistics requirements and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to achieving planned finished goods stock levels for complex projects.
  • Optimize logistics costs to improve delivery service levels.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service positions.
  • Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, logistics, or engineering.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Negotiation and leadership skills.
