Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Development Manager to join our team at Zendesk, Inc. in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico). This role will be responsible for creating new business pipeline with a one-to-many and one-to-few ABM approach that centers on our top industry focus areas.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with expertise in Marketo and 6Sense. They will also possess strong communication skills across all levels, from marketing and sales professionals to executives.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute end-to-end industry programs in partnership with sales teams.
  • Create industry-specific content creation assets that support the selling process in measurable ways.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to infuse industry-specific positioning and messaging into campaigns and sales plays.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to evolve the go-to strategy for a one-to-few motions.
  • Measure and optimize performance and impact of ABM and industry marketing using data-driven approaches.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in Marketo and 6Sense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A bias for fast but thoughtful action, results, and delivery with a high-quality bar.
