About the RoleThe HR Service Representative II is responsible for providing expert guidance to employees on company benefits, policies, and procedures. This is a hybrid role that requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for employee inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
- Maintain a working knowledge of HR processes and procedures to address complex questions and issues.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefit departments, subject matter experts, and other teams to resolve employee problems.
- Utilize various HR systems, including ServiceNow, ADP, and Oracle Cloud, to answer employee queries.
- Diligently document all communication within the HR Service Center's case management software application.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and engage with senior HR Service Members to drive change.
This role involves:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including ensuring data integrity and performing regular audits.
- Administering key HR processes, such as starter and leaver processes, contractual amendments, and rewards administration.
- Preparing and managing offer letters, coordinating acceptances, and tracking key activities.
- Supporting internal and external audits by collecting and preparing supporting documents.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably with ServiceNow and HR experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to develop rapport with employees through various channels.
- The capacity to independently execute action plans following documented policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
