About the Role

The HR Service Representative II is responsible for providing expert guidance to employees on company benefits, policies, and procedures. This is a hybrid role that requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.

  • Serve as the first point-of-contact for employee inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HR processes and procedures to address complex questions and issues.
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefit departments, subject matter experts, and other teams to resolve employee problems.
  • Utilize various HR systems, including ServiceNow, ADP, and Oracle Cloud, to answer employee queries.
  • Diligently document all communication within the HR Service Center's case management software application.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and engage with senior HR Service Members to drive change.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including ensuring data integrity and performing regular audits.
  • Administering key HR processes, such as starter and leaver processes, contractual amendments, and rewards administration.
  • Preparing and managing offer letters, coordinating acceptances, and tracking key activities.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by collecting and preparing supporting documents.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably with ServiceNow and HR experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to develop rapport with employees through various channels.
  • The capacity to independently execute action plans following documented policies and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
