Job Summary

The Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in the Industrial Print Sales Operations team at Hewlett Packard. This position is responsible for managing the creation, delivery, receipt, and validation of contracts and related documentation used in the sales process for Industrial Print products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Prepares and reviews materials to facilitate and support sales activities for internal and external customers in the Americas region, coordinating with cross-functional business units as well as external-facing representatives.
  • Document Management: Coordinates archiving, access, and usage of contract documents in HP storage systems such as Service Now, JIRA, SharePoint, cloud-based file shares, and other tools.
  • Post-Sales Order Management: Manages post-sales order management (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports, data analysis); handles a limited number of the most complex customer accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Manages relationships and provides required information and support to other departments and functional groups (e.g., Sales, Tax, Credit and Collections, Business Management, Category, Audit, Operations, Legal, and IT) to resolve highly complex issues.
  • Escalation Management: Ensures resolution of escalated and highly complex order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level skills and knowledge of office applications (Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Business Acumen: Thorough understanding of local legal compliance issues, contract theory and construction principles, and direct/indirect sales processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Expert problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
