We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Specialist to join our team at Syncreon Consulting. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and/or improve business process and system flows for Oracle Cloud.
- Support solution delivery lifecycle, including detailing features and collaborating with IT developers, vendors, and implementation team.
- Work as a functional SME closely with business on understanding their needs and providing solutions with the technical team.
- Create and maintain system architecture, data flow, and other technical artifacts working closely with domain architects and other technology teams for existing and new solutions being implemented.
- Participate in the Change Management process for the applications.
- Provide training to end users and/or other IT personnel.
- Ability to review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications.
- Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions, and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.
- Ability to write functional specification documents pertaining to Oracle Cloud ERP Finance tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in IT or finance/accounting directly using Oracle (Fusion) Cloud ERP.
- Sound knowledge of core Oracle (Fusion) Cloud ERP Finance modules – AP, Expenses, AHCS, GL, FA, AR, Advanced Collections.
- 4+ years' experience working with design and implementation of Oracle (Fusion) Cloud ERP financial modules. EPM is a plus.
- Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations using ADO.
- Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels)/external (to include vendors – Sales/Technology).
- Experience in Lucid chart, Confluence, ADO.
- Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes.
- Hands-on software development and/or implementation experience preferred.
- Experience with writing test cases and performing UAT.
- Experience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.
- 4+ years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations.
- Familiar with Active Directory, Security Groups, and Service Accounts.
- MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred.
