Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
About the Role:
The Customer Service Analyst 2 plays a vital role in our Institutional Customer Service team, responsible for delivering exceptional client support and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal partners and external clients, coordinating with key teams to identify and resolve complex customer concerns
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently, adhering to departmental standards and best practices
- Conduct thorough analyses to address client needs and develop effective solutions
- Communicate resolutions clearly and concisely to clients, maintaining transparency throughout the process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service
- Inform clients about system failures, market issues, and other relevant matters, providing regular updates and resolution status
- Exercise sound judgment when assessing risk, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proven analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work under limited supervision within a team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
