About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will serve as the primary resource for sales and account management teams to understand content and product offerings, business policies, order processing, credits, and procedures. You will assist in problem-solving on all issues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to sales and account management teams on content and product offerings, business policies, and order processing.
  • Assist in problem-solving on all issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Policy team to support contract fulfillment and compliance.
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and support monthly forecast processes.
  • Train, interact, and provide analytics with customers on an as-needed basis.
  • Share best practices and knowledge related to new products and sales process best practices.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sales support, order management, and customer service. You will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced Portuguese proficiency and fluent in English.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex client issues.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a business operation, sales support, order management, or customer service function.
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Comfort with working in a complex and dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities and interacting with people at different levels of the organization and across multiple functions.
