Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team at Ford Motor Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and performance analysis, with the ability to interface with Retail Group Management, Dealer Principals, and General Managers.

Key Performance Areas
  • Sales Performance: Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, including sales growth, share, and year-over-year growth.
  • Financial Performance: Review and analyze financial performance metrics, including profitability, financial statement submissions, and capitalization.
  • Facility Actions: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement facility actions that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Retailer Transaction Support: Provide support to retailers on term agreements, amendments, resignations, and balance sheet management.
  • Wholesale Support: Assist with wholesale support functions, including general market and growth audience management.
  • GTM and C&I Communications Support: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support GTM and C&I initiatives.
  • Sales NPS Support: Analyze and report on sales NPS metrics to drive improvement.
  • Model e Sales and Infrastructure: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement model e sales and infrastructure strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or business.
  • Field dealer contact experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and dealership financial statements/sales and profit forecasts.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales-related jobs with strong communication skills in English.
Competencies and Skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interface with Retail Group Management, Dealer Principals, General Managers, and outside legal counsel.
  • Able to work independently and with ambiguity.
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work with accuracy under pressures of time and workload.
  • Comprehend and analyze performance documents, including dealer profiles, financial statements, and sales effectiveness analysis.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and timelines with multiple inputs and complexities.
  • Field dealer relationship experience, ensuring an understanding of the dealer dynamic and ability to gain dealer trust.
  • Extraordinary teamwork, collaborative skills, and demonstrated behaviors.
  • Customer service mindset.
