**The Role**:

As a Sales and Performance Zone Analyst at Ford Motor Company, you will serve as the remote point of contact for Dealers within a Region with Small Volumes. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of dealership operations and financial statements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive Sales Performance (SE / 2a6 / YOY Growth / Share)
  • Lead Financial Performance (Profitability, Financial Statements, Capitalization)
  • Facilitate Facility Actions
  • Support RN Transaction Support (Term Agreements, Amendments, Resignations, Balance Sheets)
  • Provide Wholesale Support
  • Collaborate with GTM and C&I Communications Support
  • Support Sales NPS Support
  • Develop and Implement Model e Sales and Infrastructure
  • Lead Share - General Market & Growth Audiences
  • Manage Minority Dealer Appointments (Manager Lead)
  • Optimize Processes (Manager Lead)

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or other Business
  • Field dealer contact experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and dealership financial statements/sales and profit forecasts

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales related jobs
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
