Service Desk Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Fixity Technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and external clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sharepoint, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Service Now.
- Ensure general network connectivity knowledge, including VPN and diagnosing connectivity issues.
- Communicate effectively in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with fluency in all three languages.
**Work Environment**:
The successful candidate will work on-site in Monterrey, Mexico, at the Obispado Area - Torres Obispado building, with no hybrid or remote option.
**Schedule**:
The role requires 24/7 availability, with rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night), and typically includes 3 interviews: technical, Portuguese assessment, and managerial.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service desk role.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Strong technical skills, including Sharepoint, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Service Now.
