Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager for Industrial Sealing Solutions. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of products and services directly to current and new customers, ensuring a substantive sales opportunity pipeline and achieving business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell a portfolio of products and services, leveraging expertise in mechanical seals, lubrication systems, and other related technologies to drive business growth.
  2. Inform customers about new product/service introductions, prices, and promotions to maintain a competitive edge.
  3. Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  4. Responsible for managing moderate complexity products/services or territories/accounts, working within plan dictated by manager.
  5. Mentor junior team members and contribute to employee performance evaluations, providing guidance on sales strategies and best practices.
  6. Continuously build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market, or account to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.
  • +2 years of experience with E-Pro, E-Quote software, API 682 latest edition, and SGI.
  • Familiarity with mechanical seals, lubrication systems, JE, PG, agitators, and DGS.
