About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Communications Strategist to lead our Marketing and Communications efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored communication plans to promote the Worldcoin protocol and build a strong reputation for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to engage with key stakeholders in Mexico, including messaging, audience targeting, media opportunities, and channel selection.
  • Provide timely crisis communication responses and develop protocols to mitigate reputational risks, ensuring the integrity and credibility of our brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and build strong relationships with stakeholders, driving a unified message and approach.
  • Lead media relations efforts, managing press queries, interviews, and story pitches to secure positive coverage and maintain a strong media presence.
  • Manage external communication agencies in Mexico, monitoring their performance and ensuring alignment with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Draft and supervise media monitoring activities, creating reports to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Oversee content creation for press releases, articles, and social media, ensuring consistency in messaging and a strong brand voice.
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Communications Strategist with a strong track record of success in the field. The ideal candidate will have:

6+ years of experience in Communications, with a proven ability to drive results and create transformational impact.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate with empathy in a hybrid, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to seeking ways to improve their area of responsibility.Effective prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to navigate time-sensitive projects while maintaining quality on other important workstreams.Experience in global tech/start-up companies, with a strong understanding of the crypto/blockchain/web 3 space.Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
