Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a recruiter at Cielo, you will have the opportunity to work with the industry's smartest people and take ownership of your success. Your primary responsibility will be to identify top talent for our clients' open positions. You will collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be proficient in Boolean search techniques, Microsoft Office, and recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Additionally, they should have knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to:

  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and internal referrals
  • Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description
  • Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results
  • Review background and reference information
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two or more years' recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting. A Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.

A competitive salary is available for this position, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
