**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization's growth, fosters talent development, and enhances employee engagement.
- Lead a team of HR professionals in LATAM, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the department.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global people strategy teams to design and activate local people solutions.
- Drive initiatives related to employee development, performance management, and succession planning to enhance individual and team capabilities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a workplace culture that values and celebrates differences.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations, managing any potential risks.
- Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually evolve HR strategies.
- Serve as a member of the LATAM leadership team and provide strategic business partner support and coaching to executive leaders.
- Partner with LATAM vertical markets, delivery teams, stakeholders, senior leadership, and various teams to support and coach our People Managers in engaging their teams, driving retention, and focusing on overall team well-being.
- Train and counsel management in people processes such as promotions, compensation management, growth conversations, talent reviews, etc.
**Requirements**
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing HR operations within Latin America, coupled with active engagement in global HR collaboration across diverse geographical regions, including experience working with Argentina.
- Experience delivering programs such as competency model development, evaluation methodology and coaching, bonus planning, promotion rounds, Impact Awards, etc., while balancing local and global people-related initiatives.
- Experience with post-acquisition integrations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
- Success in operating within a global, highly matrixed organization.
