About the Role

The Direct Channel Sales Specialist will be the primary point of contact between clients and Hotelbeds, responsible for increasing sales revenue through the optimization of online marketing channels and advising on new trends in digital marketing, competitiveness, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts to define targets and continuously monitor sales and service quality metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for account optimization in online marketing and develop action plans to maximize revenue through the direct channel.
  • Advise on pricing and revenue management improvement plans for the direct channel.
  • Implement new value-added products and services for clients.
  • Meet client needs regarding marketing changes and coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests.
  • Maintain client loyalty through regular communication and on-site visits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a proven track record of driving sales growth through online channels. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
