Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to enhance our dedicated team in the cardiovascular division.
As a Regional Sales Manager at Boston Scientific Corporation, you will be based in Mexico City and will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and cultivate your designated territory: Implement territory sales strategies aligned with the Business Unit's objectives to nurture existing relationships and attract new clients.
- Formulate and execute the sales strategy for the Mexico City area and its surroundings.
- Establish and strengthen key customer partnerships: Responsible for fostering, developing, and enhancing long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Build robust business connections among Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Decision Makers (KDMs), and channel partners to identify new business opportunities and create a patient-centered approach.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, with at least 5 years in direct sales.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Demonstrated top-tier performance in essential competencies.
- Training in People Management, Business, and Marketing.
- Strong skills in data analysis, personnel management, and business operations.
- Results-oriented with high adaptability and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical, planning, and negotiation abilities, alongside strategic insight.
- High initiative and creativity, capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with back-office teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to address customer and sales team inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA) is advantageous.
- Experience in the medical device sector and/or cardiology.
- Background in sales management.
- Experience with hospital and in-office sales.
- Ability to articulate value propositions that encompass both financial and clinical impacts.
- Experience in selling innovative technologies.
- Consultative selling approach.
