About the Role

As an E-Commerce Manager at L'Oréal, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive significant growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sites, pure players, marketplaces, and e-retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase market share across DTC sites, pure players, marketplaces, and e-retailers.
  • Manage and optimize own DTC channels while expanding presence and sales on pure players and marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with e-retailers to maintain current leadership position while transitioning to a diversified online revenue mix.
  • Oversee brand representation, commercial activities, and P&L management for all online sales channels.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and achievement of e-commerce objectives.
  • Utilize advanced technologies to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and performance data to inform data-driven decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in growing e-commerce businesses, particularly within the beauty or luxury industries.
  • Experience with DTC, pure players, marketplaces, and e-retailer management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and CRM.
  • Knowledge of P&L management and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
