- Ensure service level agreements are met for available products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Desirable: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA.
- Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
- At least 3 years of credit analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and financial recommendation skills.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and Accounting requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high decision quality.
