About the Role:

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for executing US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay
  • Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
  • Capture information in payroll systems
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations
  • Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
  • Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
  • Continue communication and support with local functional teams
  • Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation

Requirements:

  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
  • Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
