About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Leader to join our team at Kohler Energy Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving financial and operational performance within the HR, Professional Services, and Marketing category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and improve service levels
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate supplier opportunities
  • Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier contracts
  • Develop and implement processes to improve supplier management and contract management
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement or a related field
  • Significant experience leading negotiations and contract management with agencies of all sizes
  • Experience utilizing supplier management and contract management systems
