About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert in implementing SAP Central Finance solutions for large companies to join our team at LHR Américas. As a Business System Analyst, you will play a critical role in facilitating important business outcomes, such as acceleration of financial close, enable financial transparency at the group and affiliate level, drive corporate performance, and facilitate value realization with efficient cash management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to conduct scoping, develop design, coordinate development and testing, and manage the rollout of Group financial solutions leveraging SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, and related technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with affiliate organizations to coordinate the infrastructure readiness, integration requirements, troubleshooting, and enablement of the affiliate data exchange with the Group system.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting modules, ensuring smooth transaction processing and data accuracy.
  • Implement CFIN mappings, configure Group reporting solution, configure and troubleshoot with Application Interface Framework (AIF), set workflows, and manage master data by designing and utilizing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
  • Analyze and resolve complex system issues, and collaborate with the IT team for technical escalation if needed.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and consolidated financial statements according to local GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP updates and best practices for Central Finance and Group Reporting.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementation projects, providing expertise and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Document processes and maintain user guides for efficient knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP Central Finance topics, and obtain necessary technology certifications.
  • Communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain, support, and optimize digital solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or IT from a recognized and approved program.
  • Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred but not required.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in the implementation of SAP-based financial accounting systems, including at least 4 years of experience in solutions related to SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting.
  • Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the various aspects of implementing financial accounting systems including articulation and measurement of benefits, evaluation of technical and execution options, critical success factors, and project risks.
  • Hands-on experience implementing SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting systems and ability to analyze the financial accounting landscape and provide architectural options for implementing such solutions.
Benefits
  • Monthly Base Salary – aligned with company employees with similar skills
  • Monthly Overbase – 25% of your monthly base salary
  • Benefits Supplement – 20% of your monthly base salary, after 3 years of service, reward increases to 25% of base, after 6 years 30% of base, and after 12 years 35% of base
  • Severance Package (2-year vest period) – year 2 to 5: 2 week's pay for each year of service, Year 6+: 4 week's pay for each year after
  • Employment Tax – if employee chooses to separate themselves from their 'home country' for income tax purposes, most will not be required to pay 'home country' income taxes; company will not report income to the 'home country' governments. Please check with your tax advisor for specifics relating to you.
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) (eligible after 12 months of service) – maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay with a cap, 20% share discount
  • Incentive Plan – annual; based on performance, approx. 1.8x monthly base salary
  • Travel Allowance – annual; approx. $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old
  • Vacation & Paid Holidays – 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays
  • Medical/Dental Plan – complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care/facilities for employee and eligible family members. In-Kingdom dental services subsidized.
  • Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) – Out of Kingdom Assistance: 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets; undergraduate college-age children get 2 round-trip economy air travel tickets; In Kingdom Assistance: 2x monthly base salary or the company max ($16.3K)
  • Settling in Allowance – one-time payment; Family Status - 100% of monthly base salary; Single/Bachelor Status – 60% of monthly base salary
