Requirements
- Education and Experience
Completed degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing electronic, optical, or mechanical systems.
Technical SkillsStrong analytical skills, with expertise in at least one of the following areas: electronics, optics, or mechanics.
Leadership and CommunicationDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Language and TravelProficient in English, with a willingness to travel frequently and possess strong organizational and self-initiative skills.
