Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and drive top-line revenue growth through effective sales strategies, targeting group, volume transient, and catering segments.
  • To stay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis, and market share movement, ensuring the hotel's sales teams meet or exceed budgeted revenues.

The Associate Director of Sales works closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement a marketing communications plan that achieves the desired positioning for the hotel. This includes managing the sales and marketing budget to support revenue attainment.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Group Sales Manager, preferably in a hotel sales environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively with revenue management, ownership groups, and asset management.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and MS Office tools.

This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a direct sales team. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize departmental functions, and meet deadlines. Superior negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals, are essential.
