About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Delivery to lead our technology and engineering teams through complex, full life cycle implementation. As a key member of our Commercial Engineering team, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction for delivery operations, including setting long-term goals, defining product delivery models, and identifying opportunities for growth or improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement delivery strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and manage teams responsible for the delivery of products or services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Product Teams
  • Ensure delivery processes are aligned with business objectives and continuously assess and improve delivery processes
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and buy-in for delivery strategies
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of delivery operations
  • Identify potential risks to delivery timelines, budgets, or quality, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in project management, program management, or a related field, including experience in a leadership role overseeing large teams and complex projects
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategic goals into actionable plans
  • Proficiency in identifying problems, analyzing potential solutions, and making decisions that align with strategic goals
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodology
